Shipping and Returns Information

Processing Time:  We pick, pack and prepare orders 5 days a week, All orders placed before 1pm CST ship same day. We process orders on normal business days with exclusion to holidays and some weekends. If there will be a delay in shipping time we will notified customers of delay with a banner on top and on social media. 

 

USA Shipping Times:  Shipping times are based on carriers services and shipping service selected, please note that shipping times do not include our processing time and only become relevant once the carrier has received the package. The map above is a reference to normal delivery times. Please refer to tracking number provided and carrier shipping provided for more information on delivery times. 
International Shipping Times:  Shipping times are based on carriers services and shipping service selected, please note that shipping times do not include our processing time and generally only relate once the carrier has received the package. Carriers have let us know the typical delivery times are based on destination and to allow 7 - 21 days for delivery. Please refer to tracking number provided and carrier shipping provided for more information on delivery times. 
Returns or Exchanges:

Stoned Crazy MN Return and Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number and you must return the item. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If order received free shipping, due to order total, points, or any other means and a refund is granted, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within  3-5 business days.
